  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the event booking.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in each client’s catering agreement.

Deposits are generally non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and preparation costs.

Refunds, if any, are determined at the sole discretion of Rockwell Catering and Events, LLC and may depend on notice provided, expenses incurred, and contractual obligations.


7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Clients are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the event.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free from allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Nuts
  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Shellfish

Guests consume food at their own risk.


8. Alcohol Service

If alcohol service is provided, clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and venue requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

Rockwell Catering and Events, LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption by guests.


9. Intellectual Property
