From The Grill Buffet

Tri-tip steak with chimichurri sauce, grilled chicken with sherry mushroom sauce, roasted heirloom potatoes, roasted bistro vegetables, fresh rolls and butter and mixed baby greens salad with ranch and vinaigrette dressings.

BBQ Buffet

Slow-smoked pulled pork, barbecue chicken, sweet creamed corn, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread muffins or fresh rolls and butter, fresh seasonal fruit and macaroni salad or potato salad.

Tomato basil bruschetta, filet mignon crostinis with creamy horseradish, premium cheese and salami station, and smoked salmon with creme fraiche on potato crisps.
