Rockwell’s commercial kitchen is available for rent! Whether you are a small-batch baker, food truck, cooking class teacher, meal prep chef or small caterer, our kitchen is available to rent!
Kitchen amenities:
- Pull-in bay door
- Over 1000 square feet of usable space
- Walk-in fridge
- Reach-in freezer
- Double-stack convection oven
- 6 burner range and oven
- Commercial cabinet smoker
- Gas charboiler grill
- Double-stack convection steamer
- 60 qt. floor mixer
- XL 3-compartment sink with cleaning and sanitizing
chemicals - Low-temp, high speed dishmachine
Kitchen rental rates:
- Rockwell Commercial Kitchen can be rented for $30 an hour with a 6 hour minimum. Additional hours are $30 per hour.
- A $200 cleaning deposit is required for each rental. Deposit fully refunded upon satisfactory kitchen cleaning inspection.
- Storage can be negotiated, but not guaranteed.
