Any teenage date night money was made doing dishes for the business! A weekend job blossomed into a full-time career and soon, Ethan was working in professional kitchens on the line or in positions of management.
In 2009, Ethan brought his skills and knowledge to Utah and added it to the catering services Utah. Since then, Rockwell Catering and Events has catered nearly every event possible.
