About the Owner
Rockwell Catering is owned and operated by Ethan Ingram. Ethan grew up in the catering and service industry with his family's own catering company in Southern California. He is no stranger to the behind-the-scenes dish duty or the front of the house presentation. Ethan has been fortunate to have trained under Executive Chef Michael Reyes in the Los Angeles, CA area. He has personally catered the wedding reception for the owner of In and Out Burger, as well as the 50th birthday party for the CFO of Sketchers. He has also repeatedly serviced the corporate events for Rain Bird Corporation for several years, including personal events for their owners, Art and Sarah Ludwick.
